Abstract
Öz:
Koryoanjioma plasentanın en
sık görülen benign tümörüdür. Koryonik dokudan köken alır ve prevalansı
yaklaşık olarak %1’dir. Koryonajiomalar,
özellikle büyük hacimli olanlar, sıklıkla polihidramnios, antepartum hemoraji,
erken membran rüptürü, prematür doğum,
gebelik toksemisi, hidrops fetalis ve intrauterin fetal ölüm, düşük doğum
ağırlığı, kardiyomegali, kalp yetmezliği, anemi, trombositopeni ve konjenital
anomaliler gibi birçok maternal/fetal komplikasyonla ilişkilidir. Burada dev plasental koryoanjioma ile komplike
başarılı sonuçları olan bir gebeliği sunduk. Bu vakanın dev bir koryoanjioması
olmasına rağmen alışılmadık şekilde antenatal takipleri olaysız ve gebeliği başarılı
bir şekilde sonuçlandı.

Abstract:
Chorangioma is most common
benign neoplasm of the placenta. It arise from chorionic tissue and prevalance
is aproximatelly 1%. Chorangiomas, especially voluminous ones is frequently
associated with maternal/fetal complications including polyhydramnios, antepartum
haemorrahage, premature separation of membranes, premature labour, toxaemia of
pregnancy, hydrops fetalis, intrauterine death, low birth weight, cardiomegaly,
cardiac failure, anaemia, thrombocytopenia and unsuspected congenital
anomalies. The successful outcome of a pregnancy complicated by a voluminous
chorangioma is reported herein. This case had an unusually uneventful antenatal
period for 39 weeks with a successful pregnancy outcome, despite having a
voluminous chorangioma.
