Myastenia Gravis’li Hastada Anestezi Yönetimi

Abstract

Myastenia Gravis, solunum kaslarını da tutarak respiratuar yetmezliğe yol açması sebebiyle anestezistler için önem arz eden otoimmün, nörolojik bir hastalıktır. Nöromüsküler kavşak hastalıklarından en sık görüleni olan myastenia gravis’li hastalarda nondepolarizan kas gevşeticilere karşı duyarlılık artmıştır. Ancak, genel anestezi preoperatif ve postoperatif dönemde yeterli nöromüsküler iletim monitörizasyonu yapıldığı takdirde güvenilir olarak uygulanabilir. Biz de bu olgu sunumunda listezis nedeniyle genel anestezi altında operasyona alınan myastenia gravis’li bir olgu ile miyastenia gravis’li hastalarda anestezi yönetimini gözden geçirmek istedik.
