Abstract

Aim: In order to properly inform society, it is critical for students who will be trained as health care professionals to have appropriate information on COVID-19. The goal of this study was to determine the amount of Covid-19 knowledge, attitudes, and awareness among health care professional students.
Methods: The study was a survey that was carried out in a descriptive manner. The research sample consisted of 239 students who were able to participate in the research and were able to engage in the research, among students studying at two Turkish state universities' health sciences faculties in the 2019-2020 academic year. Between June and October 2020, Google forms were used to collect research data.
Results: The pandemic process had a good impact on the professional perspectives of 86.6 percent (n=207) of the students, and 66.5 percent (n=159) of them picked their department voluntarily. 57.3 percent (n=137) of the pupils were involved in some way.

Abstract

Amaç: sağlık bakım profesyoneli olarak yetişecek öğrencilerin COVID-19’a ilişkin doğru bilgi sahibi olmaları çevresindeki toplumun doğru bilgilenmesi açısından önemlidir.
