Abstract
Lymphomatous involvement of the ileum is rare and vey rarer is its presentation as appendicitis. Non-Hodgkin lymphoma is a high grade neoplasm. Lymphoblastic lymphoma is a common subtype of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in childhood, accounts for approximately 30% of cases and typically presents as abdominal mass in children. This rapidly growing tumor may cause symptoms due to mass effect or direct involvement of the intestine. Clinical presentations like acute abdomen can be secondary to intestinal obstruction, intussusceptions or even sometimes perforation. We describe, here a case of a boy with an unusual presentation of Non-Hodgkin lymphoma mimicking acute appendicitis. Especially in patients with recurrent abdominal pain, the opinion of abdominal tomography evaluation is very useful.

Abstract
İleumun lenfomatöz tutulumu nadirdir ve daha nadiri de apandisit olarak tanı konulmasıdır. Non-hodgkin lenfoma bir yüksek dereceli tümörlerdir. Lenfoblastik lenfoma, çocukluk dönemindeki non-Hodgkin lenfomaların en sık görülen alt tiplerinden biridir ve vakaların yaklaşık % 30 ünü kapsar. Genellikle çocuklarda karında kitle şeklinde ortaya çıkar. Bu hızla büyüyen tümör, kitle etkisi veya doğrudan bağırsak tutulumuna bağlı belirtilere neden olabilir. Kliniği akut karını taklit ederek bağırsak tıkanıklığı, invajinasyon veya bazen perforasyon şeklinde olabilir. Biz burada alışılmadık bir şekilde apandisiti taklit eden ileumun non-hodgkin lenfomalı bir erkek çocuk olgu sunmak istedik. Özellikle tekrarlayan karın ağrısı olan olgularda karın tomografisi ile değerlendirmenin çok faydalı olduğu kanısındayız.
