Konya-Akyokuş yöresinde yetişen melissa officinalis-oğulotunun(melissa folium) fitokimyasal analiz sonuçları

Abstract

Giriş
Melissa officinalis bitkisi %0,8 uçucu yağ içerir. Uçucu yağ komponentleri arasında citronellal, geranial,neral yer almaktadır. Bu bileşikler yaklaşık uçucu yağların %40-75 ini oluşturur ve bitkiye hoş kokusunu verir. Biz bu çalışma ile Konya-Akyokuş yöresinde yetiştirilen oğulotunun fitokimyasal analizini araştırmayı amaçladık.
Metod
Konya ilinde Akyokuş bölgesinde Temmuz Organik Çiftliğinde yetiştirilen Melissa officinalis bitkisi kullanılmıştır. Analizler 2017 yılında Batı Akdeniz Tarımsal Araştırma Enstitü Müdürlüğü Tıbbi ve Aromatik Bitkiler Merkezi Laboratuvarında yapılmıştır.
Bulgular
Toplam uçucu yağ miktarı %0,22 bulunmuştur.
Sonuç
Uzun ve kurak sezonlar yüksek yağ verimini artırmaktadır fakat %25’ lik su eksikliği aşılmamalıdır. Bitkinin tohumunun yayılım yöntemi, yaşı yoğunluğu verimliliğini etkilediği için melissa için en uygun yoğunluğun 40x20cm olması gerektiği vurgulanmaktadır
