Hiperglisemide Nadir Bir Neden: Latent Otoimmun Erişkin Diyabeti

Year 2019, Volume: 11 Issue: 2, 100 - 104, 01.09.2019

Abstract

A Rare Of Cause In Hyperglisemi: Latent Otoimmun Adult Diabetes

Year 2019, Volume: 11 Issue: 2, 100 - 104, 01.09.2019

Abstract

Rapidly growing in the world and Turkey diabetes mellitus (DM), the effect of insulin, characterized by hyperglycemia, insulin secretion, or the metabolic defect is the result you both diseases. Diabetes classification includes primary and secondary forms of diabetes. In the particulary type 1 DM may be seen at all ages, even if peaked in some periods (1). Latent Autoimmune Diabetes in Adults (LADA), pancreatic beta cell with slow onset and mild course, usually over 25-30 years old, is a hyperglycemic metabolism disease with loss of islet function. We report a case of LADA who was hospitalized at the age of 47 with type 2 DM diagnosis. The patient was informed about the case report on December 20, 2018
