Abstract

Osteoartrit, bireyin
yaşam kalitesinin bozulması, bakım
verenlerin yükünün artması, yüksek tedavi ve bakım maliyeti açısından
önemlidir. Hastanın ameliyat sonrası sürece uyum sağlayabilmesi gerekmektedir. Hasta,
bakım ve danışmanlık hizmeti almak için talepte bulunmuş ve ameliyat sonrası
dönemde 25 gün bakımı sağlanmıştır. Hem hastanın hem de yakınlarının yazılı
onamı alınmıştır. Bu çalışmada; Roy
uyum modeli kulanılmış, bakım planı yapılmıştır. Hastanın anlatılan tüm
başlıkları uygulamaya istekli olduğu, eğitim ve desteğin motivasyonunu
artırdığı, iyileşme sürecinin olumlu yönde etkilediği görülmüştür. Ayrıca
hastanın başka sağlık sorunlarının da olduğu hemşire gözlemi ile tespit
edilerek doktoruna iletilmiş ve tedavisine başlanmıştır. Tüm değerlendirmeler
ışığında Roy uyum modelinin total kalça protezi ameliyatı sonrası hastaların
bakımı için kullanılabilecek bir model olduğu, hastanın uyum sürecini
kolaylaştırdığı, motivasyonu artırdığı ifade edilebilir. Ayrıca iyi bir
hemşirelik takibinin hastanın başka sorunlarının da tespiti noktasında
aydınlatıcı olduğu söylenebilir. Hazırlanmış olan bakım planı ise hemşireler ve
öğrenciler için yol gösterici olabilecektir.
