Abstract

There are many
danger areas for health professionals in the operating room. One of the factors
that affect the safety of stuff are ergonomic factors.

Operating room’s stuff can be exposed to physical, cognitive and organisational
ergonomic risk factors. Ergonomic conditions in operating rooms effects stuff’s health, job satisfaction and performance.
The purpose of the article is to examine
the potential impact of the ergonomic factors on stuff safety in the operating room
in the light of the literature. In this context, the impact of ergonomic design
in the operating room and the tools used on the stuff safety and recommendations
for the ergonomic risk factors was addressed.

Abstract

Ameliyathanede
sağlık çalışanları için birçok tehlike alanı mevcuttur. Çalışan güvenliğini
etkileyen faktörlerden biri de ergonomik faktörlerdir. Sağlık çalışanları,
ameliyathanede fiziksel, bilişsel ve örgütsel ergonomik risk faktörlerine maruz
kalabilirler. Ameliyathanede ergonomik koşullar çalışanların sağlığını, iş
doyumunu
ve performansı etkiler. Bu makalenin amacı, ameliyathane ortamında ergonomik
faktörlerin çalışan güvenliğine olan etkilerini literatür ışığında
incelemektir. Bu kapsamda ameliyathanede ergonomik tasarımın, kullanılan
araç-gereçlerin çalışan güvenliğine olan etkilerine ve ergonomik risk
faktörlerine yönelik önerilere değinildi.
