Abstract

ÖZET: Safra taşı ileusu ince barsak
obstrüksiyonlarının nadir görülen bir sebebidir.
  Mekanik obstrüksiyonların %1-4’ünü oluşturur.
Kolelithiazisin nadir görülen bir komplikasyonu olarak kabul edilir. Teşhiste
gecikmeden dolayı mortalite ve morbiditesi yüksektir. Bu olgu sunumunda safra
taşına bağlı ileus gelişen bir olgunun bilgisayarlı tomografi bulguları ve
operasyon süreci sunulmaktadır.

A RARE CAUSE OF ILEUS: GALLSTONE ILEUS


ABSTRACT:
Gallstone ileus is a rare cause of intestinal obstruction. İt’s responsible for
about %1-4 of mechanic ileus
  .Gallstone
ileus is rare complication of cholelithiasis. The mortality and morbidity rate
remains high because of delayed diagnosis. İn this case we report a case of
ileus due to gallstone
  with computerized
tomography findings and operation process.
