Abstract
Öz: Tailgut
kistleri retrorektal alanda yerleşen ve embriyolojik tailguttan köken alan
konjenital lezyonlardır. Genellikle benign lezyonlar olmak üzere nadir olarak malign
dönüşüm de bildirilmektedir. Bu sunumda kabızlık şikayetiyle başvuran 50
yaşında kadın hasta ameliyat öncesi, ameliyat esnası ve ameliyat sonrası görüntüleri ile sunulmuştur.

Abstract
Abstract: Tailgut cysts are congenital lesions located in
retrorectal area and originate from embryological tailgut. These cysts are
benign developmental lesions,but malignant transformation has been rarely
reported. In this presentation 50 years old female patient complaining of
constipation has been reported with preoperative, peroperative and
postoperative imagings.
