Abstract
Cantrell Pentaloji, nadir görülen ve omfalosel ilişkili ektopic cordis ve çeşitli intrakardiak anomalilerin prognozda önemli rol oynadığı bir sendromdur. Bu sendromun spektrumuna beş anomali dahil olmakla beraber bütün anomalilerin birlikte görüldüğü komplet Cantrell Pentaloji görülme sıklığı çok düşüktür ve vakalar halinde bildirilmiştir. Komplet tipinin prognozunun inkomplet vakalara kıyasla daha kötü olduğu bilinir. Sporadik vakalar halinde rastlanan Cantrell Pentalojisinin etiyolojisi bilinmemektedir. Gebelikte, perinatal ve neonatal dönemde prognozun kötü olması nedeniyle multidisipliner yaklaşım önerilir. Biz de bu vaka takdiminde komplet Cantrell Pentalogy vakamızı literatür ışığında tartıştık.

Abstract
Cantrell pentalogy is a rare syndrome and omphalocel related ectopic cordis and multiple intracardiac anomalies play important roles in prognosis. The spectrum of this syndrome includes five anomalies but complete cantrell pentalogy with all anomalies seen s extremely rare and reported as cases. It is known that prognosis of the complete type is worst than incomplete cases. Cantrell pentalogy seen as sporadic cases and etiology is unknown. Multidisciplinary approach is recommended because of bad prognosis in pregnancy, perinatal and neonatal period. In this case report, we discussed our Cantrell pentalogy case in the light of the literature.
