Gelişim Ligi Futbolcularında Aerobik Dayanıklılık Özelliğinin Müsabaka Performansıyla İlişkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada gelişim liginde mücadele eden
futbolcularının dayanıklılık özellikleri ile müsabakaya özgü veriler arasındaki
ilişkilerin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmaya U14, U15, U16, U17 ve U19
kategorilerinde mücadele eden 120 gelişim ligi futbolcusu gönüllü olarak
katılmıştır. Futbolcuların boy uzunluğu, vücut ağırlığı, Beden Kütle indeksi
(BKI), Dayanıklılık ve 30 hafta boyunca atılan gol sayısı, oynanan müsabaka
sayısı, sarı-kırmızı kart sayıları, müsabakalarda oynama süresi olmak üzere
toplam 9 parametre incelenmiştir. Dayanıklılık verileri ile müsabaka
parametreleri arasındaki ilişki pearson korelasyon analizi ile değerlendirildi.
Yaş gruplarına göre karşılaştırmalarda One Way anova kullanılmış, 0,05 düzeyinde
anlamlılık araştırılmıştır. Dayanıklılık durumu ile gol sayısı arasında
p<0,05 seviyesinde, müsabaka sayısı, oynama süresi ve sarı kart ile
p<0,01 düzeyinde pozitif ilişki bulunmuş, kırmızı kart ile ilişki
bulunamamıştır. Yaş kategorileri arasındaki karşılaştırmalar incelendiğinde
dayanıklılık parametresi U14 ve U15 yaş arasında U15 takımı lehine farklılık
gösterirken (p<0,05), diğer yaş kategorisi ve parametrelerde farklılık
tespit edilememiştir (p>0,05). Sonuç olarak dayanıklılığı iyi olan
sporcuların daha fazla müsabaka oynadığı ve gol attığı söylenebilir.
