Abstract
11 aylık erkek hasta 1-2 gündür öksürük ve hırıltı şikâyeti ile Çocuk Alerji ve
İmmünoloji Polikliniği’ne getirildi. Özgeçmişinde inek sütü alerjisi nedenli
takip edilen hastanın 1 defa bronşiolit tanısı ile nebül tedavisi alma ve 1
defa pnömoniye bağlı febril konvülziyon geçirme tanısı ile hastanede yatış
öyküsü mevcuttu. Genel durumu orta olan hastanın fizik muayenesinde; akciğer
sesleri bilateral sibilan ronkus, subkostal çekilme mevcut olup ekspiryum
uzunluğu mevcuttu. Şiddetli bronşiolit geçiriyor olması nedeni ile nebülize
salbutamol, ipratropium ve sistemik steroit tedavisi verildi. Nazofarenks
sürüntüsünde insan Bokavirüs izole edildi. İnsan Bokavirüs enfeksiyonunun küçük
çocuklarda hışıltı ve bronşiolitlerde önemli bir etken ve hastada ağır seyredip
yoğun bakım yatışına neden olabileceği akılda tutulmalıdır. Burada, hırıltı
şikâyeti ile başvuran ve bronşiolit tanısıyla yatırılan 11 aylık bir erkek
hasta nazofaringeal sürüntüden etyolojik ajan olarak nadir görülen insan
Bokavirüs elde edilmesine dikkat çekmek amacıyla sunulmuştur.
