Abstract
Amaç: Primer enfeksiyon kontrol önlemi olan el hijyeni, okul çocuklarında bulaşıcı hastalıkların önlenmesi için önemlidir. Araştırmanın amacı “Okul Çocuğunda El Hijyeni Değerlendirme Soru Formu”nun Türkçe geçerlik ve güvenilirliğinin test edilmesidir.
Gereç ve Yöntem: İlkokul çocuklarında el hijyeni davranışını sorgulamak için kullanılan form, Tai ve arkadaşlarının Planlı Davranış Teorisi bileşenlerini temel alarak geliştirdiği “Sağlık çalışanları için el hijyeni ve hastane enfeksiyonları soru formu”ndan yararlanılarak, Türk diline ve ilkokul yaş grubuna uyarlanmıştır. Soru formu 20 soru ve beş bölümden oluşmaktadır: El hijyeni için tutum, algılanan davranışsal kontrol, öznel norm, niyet ve davranış. Soru formunun geçerliği dil, kapsam ve yapı geçerliği ile sınanmıştır. Güvenilirlik ise iç tutarlılık ve değişmezlik analizleri ile sınanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde SPSS ve AMOS programları kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 263 3. ve 4. sınıf öğrencisi oluşturmuştur.
Bulgular: Araştırmaya katılan öğrencilerin yaş ortalaması 8,77±0,86 olup,%52,1’i kızdır. Formun Kapsam Geçerlik İndeksi 1’dir. Uzman görüşleri arasında istatistiksel anlamlı fark yoktur (Kendall’s W=0,205; p=0,099). Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonuçlarına göre form, kabul edilebilir uyum (RMSEA=,06; GFI=,90) ve iyi uyum (CMIN/DF=1,95; SRMR=,03) göstermiştir. Formun iç tutarlılığı yüksektir (Cronbach Alpha=0,853). Formda aynı şeyi ölçen birden fazla madde olmadığı belirlenmiştir (Hotelling T2= 16,7; p=0,0001). Değişmezlik analizi için iki hafta ara ile form 32 öğrenciye uygulanmış, formun değişmezlik ölçütünü sağladığı görülmüştür (Pearson momentler çarpımı korelasyon katsayısı=0,751; p<0,0001).
Sonuç: Türk dili ve kültüründe ilkokul çocukları için geçerli ve güvenilir olduğu belirlenen soru formu, okul çocuklarında el hijyeni davranışının belirlenmesinde kullanılabilir.

Abstract
Objective: Hand hygiene is important for the prevention of infectious diseases in schoolchildren. Aim of the research; testing the Turkish validity and reliability of the "Hand Hygiene Assessment Question Form in Schoolchildren".
Material and Method: The form used to assessment hand hygiene behavior in primary school children was adapted to the Turkish language and primary school age group by using the"Questionnaire on hand hygiene and nosocomial infections for healthcare workers" developed by Tai et al. The questionnaire consists of 20 questions and five parts: Attitude for hand hygiene, perceived behavioral control, subjective norm, intention and behavior. The validity of the questionnaire was tested with language, content and construct validity. Reliability was tested with internal consistency and invariance analyses. SPSS and AMOS programs were used in the analysis of the data. The sample of the study consisted of 263 3rd and 4th grade students.
Results: The mean age of the students participating in the study was 8.77±0.86, and 52.1% of them were girls. The Content Validity Index of the form is 1. There was no statistically significant difference between expert opinions (Kendall's W=0.205; p=0.099). According to the confirmatory factor analysis results, the form showed acceptable fit (RMSEA=.06; GFI=.90) and good fit (CMIN/DF=1.95; SRMR=.03). The internal consistency of the form is high (Cronbach Alpha=0,853). It was determined that there was not more than one item measuring the same thing in the form (Hotelling T2= 16.7; p=0.0001). For the invariance analysis, the form was applied to 32 students with an interval of two weeks, and it was observed that the form met the criterion of invariance (Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient=0.751; p<0.0001).
Conclusion: The question form, which was determined to be valid and reliable for primary school children in Turkish language and culture.
