AİLE HEKİMLİĞİNDE NADİR GÖRÜLEN BİR OLGU: ACETAMİPRİD ZEHİRLENMESİ

Abstract

Neonikotinoidler, yeni bir insektisid grubu olup, özellikle mahsullerin korunmasında yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadır. Aile Hekimliği uygulamalarında, acetamiprid gibi insektisitlere bağlı zehirlenmeler ile nadirende olsa karşılaşılabilmektedir. Semptomları, pek çok hastalık ile karışabilen acetamiprid zehirlenmesinin birinci basamak hekimlerince tanınabilmesi önemlidir. Bu vaka takdimi ile, %20 acetamipride deri ve inhalasyon yolu ile maruziyet sonrası, klinik semptom gelişen 40 yaşında bir erkek hastaya klinik yaklaşımın sunulması amaçlanmıştır.

A Rare Case in Family Medicine: Acetamiprid Poisoning

Abstract

Neonicotinoids are a new insecticide group; It is widely used especially for crop protection. In family medicine practices, poisoning due to insecticides such as acetamiprid may rarely be encountered. It is important to recognize acetamiprid poisoning, whose symptoms can be confused with many diseases, by primary care physicians. With this case report, it is aimed to present the clinical approach to a 40-year-old male patient who developed clinical symptoms after exposure to 20% acetamiprid via skin and inhalation.
