Tek Renk Üniversal Rezin Kompozitler

Abstract

Dişin polikromatik doğası nedeniyle üretici firmalar, doğal dişe en yakın estetiği sağlamak için farklı renklerde mine ve dentin rezin kompozitlerini piyasaya sürmüştür. Piyasadaki rezin kompozitlerin çoğunluğu farklı renk tonlarına sahiptir ve genellikle tabakalama tekniğiyle kullanılırlar. Birden çok mine ve dentin renginin olması renk seçimini ve renk uyumunu zorlaştırır. Teknik hassasiyetin artması ve hastanın tedavisine ayrılan süreye ek olarak, çeşitli renk tonlarında rezin kompozitlerin olması her zaman mümkün olmamaktadır. Üretici firmalar, farklı renk tonlarına sahip rezin kompozitlerin yalnızca bir nominal renk tonuyla eşleştirebileceğini iddia ettikleri tek renk rezin kompozitleri geliştirdiler. Bu da "tek renkli" (one-shade veya single-shade) ve "tek renkli evrensel" (single-shade universal veya one-shade universal) terimlerini ortaya çıkardı. Tek renk üniversal rezin kompozitler, teknik hassasiyeti azaltmak ve kompozit uygulamanın verimliliğini artırmak için tabakalama tekniğinden kaynaklanan işlem karmaşıklığını basitleştirmektedir. Bu materyaller son zamanlarda estetik ve mekanik özellikleri bakımından umut verici sonuçlar sunmaktadır. Bu nedenle bu derlemenin amacı tek renk üniversal rezin kompozitlerin optik ve mekanik özelliklerini incelemektir.

Single-Shade Universal Resin Composites

Abstract

Due to the polychromatic nature of teeth, manufacturers have introduced different shades of enamel and dentin resin composites to the market to provide the most natural-looking aesthetics to teeth. The majority of resin composites on the market have different color shades and are typically used with incremental techniques. The presence of many shades of enamel and dentin makes color selection and matching more challenging. In addition to increasing technical precision and the time allocated for patient treatment, it is not always possible to have resin composites available in various shades. Manufacturers have developed single-shade resin composites that claim to match different color shades to only one nominal color shade. This has resulted in the emergence of the terms "one-shade" and "single-shade universal" resin composites. Single-shade universal resin composites simplify the process complexity caused by incremental techniques to reduce technical precision and improve the efficiency of composite application. These materials have recently shown promising results in terms of aesthetics and mechanical properties. Therefore, the purpose of this review is to examine the optical and mechanical properties of single-shade universal resin composites.
