(p=0,03). Ancak komplikasyonların subgrup analizinde anlamlı bir sonuç
bulunamamıştır. Eğitim durumu arttıkça adölesan gebelik oranları azalmaktadır
(p=0,01).

Sonuç: Adölesan gebelikler
maternal ve fetal komplikasyonları arttırmaktadır. Adölesan gebeliklerin
önlenmesi için çalışmalar yapılmalı, gebelik sonuçlarının düzeltilmesi için
sosyal destek, eğitim ve düzenli takip yapılmalıdır.

Introduction: In our study, we aimed to review the maternal and
fetal outcomes by comparing adolescent and reproductive age pregnancies in
Düzce University Training and Research Hospital.

Methods: A retrospective study conducted with 183 patients
out of 3223 who gave birth at Düzce University Research and Practice Hospital
Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic, between 01.01.2015 and 31.05.2017. SPSS 21
program for statistical evaluation were used, a value of p <0.05 was
considered statistically significant.

Results: The total complication rate of adolescent age
pregnancies was higher than control group (p=0.03). No significant result was
found in subgroup analysis. As educational status increases, adolescent
pregnancy rates decrease (p=0.01).

Conclusion: Adolescent pregnancies increase maternal and fetal
complications. Adolescent pregnancies should be prevented, social support,
training and regular follow-up should be done to improve pregnancy outcomes.
