Öz
Pigmente villonodüler sinovit (PVNS) nadir görülen, çeşitli eklem içi patolojilerle karışabilen semptomlar oluşturan idiyopatik bir lezyondur. Hastalık genellikle tek eklemi tutar ve en sık diz ekleminde gözlenir. Dirsek eklemi tutulumu oldukça nadirdir. Eklemlerde hareket kısıtlılığına yol açabilecek düzeyde olabilir. Tedavi genellikle lezyonun total rezeksiyonudur. Nüks nadirdir. Bu çalışmada, çok sık tutulan bir bölge olmayan ve cerrahi rezeksiyona gerek kalmadan fizik tedaviden fayda gören dirsekte PVNS olgusunu sunmak istedik.
