Yenidoğan Yoğun Bakım Ünitelerinde Gürültünün Azaltılmasında Kanıt Temelli Uygulamalar

Öz

Amaç: Bu sistematik derlemenin amacı literatürde bulunan gürültüyü azaltmaya yönelik kanıta dayalı uygulamaları belirlemek
ve bebek üzerindeki olumlu etkilerini sunmaktır.
Yöntem: Araştırma PRISMA standartları doğrultusunda yapılmış ve toplam 1995-2014 yılları arasında 14 nicel makale
çalışma kapsamına alınmıştır.
Bulgular: Ses emici panellerin ve sese duyarlı alarm sistemlerinin YYBÜ’nde kullanımı önerilmektedir. Kulak tıkacı ve kulak
koruyucuların kullanılmasının etkili bir girişim olduğu bildirilmektedir. Gürültünün azaltılmasında açık ünitelerin yerine tek
aile odalarının yapımının yaygınlaştırılması, plastik malzemelerin tercih edilmesi gibi yapısal değişikliklerin yapılması ve
sağlık personelinin düzenli aralıklarla eğitilerek, sessiz zamanların oluşturulması gibi değişikliklerin yapılmasının etkili
olacağı bildirilmiştir.
Sonuçlar: Yeni doğan hemşireleri preterm bebeği gürültüden korumak için gürültünün azaltılmasına yönelik kanıta dayalı
uygulamaları bilmeli ve çalışma alanına yansıtabilmelidir. Bu sayede literatürde yer alan kanıtlar klinik ortama uyarlanarak
amacına hizmet etmiş olacaktır.
