Documents submitted for publication in the journal are reviewed by the pre-press Editor and at least two reviewers if they conform to the formal guidelines. Papers might be rejected at this stage due to insufficient priority for publication. Other manuscripts are sent to two reviewers. Author and reviewer identities are not disclosed to each other.If reviewers contradict the decision, a third reviewer is appointed. Rewievers should reply the rewieving invitation within 15 days. The editor has the authority to post, return to the author to edit, refuse to publish or refuse to publish the articles that do not meet the publication conditions. Average time to initial decision is six to eight weeks
